I am particularly keen on the commercial aspect of law in the modern age, especially property. Here is how I define it. Commercial property (or real estate) lawyers act for a variety of domestic and international clients - including property investors and developers, governments, landowners and public sector bodies - on a wide range of transactions, involving anything from offices and houses to retail developments and industrial units.
In general, the legal issues on which firms offer expertise include acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties, investments, landlord and tenant matters, lettings, sales, developments and contracts, insolvency planning applications and environmental law and liabilities. A great deal of the work involves new ways to execute transactions, whether through financing, developing or co-investing.
This is a short blog developed by me to express my fondness and keen sense of mind in a few subjects, such as Law, Rugby and Videogames.

A review on Buisness law
Tthe book I am reviewing is "Business Law: Text and Cases" by Clarkson, Miller, and Cross. Oh, and let me explain that is a very, very informal review. In fact, it's not really a review. It's a few thoughts. That's all. That said, I really enjoyed the book. Being an undergraduate, I have not taken an actual law school courses, yet I found this material very approachable. Granted, I have done quite a bit of law reading in my life. Also, the cases were very interesting and well presented. There is quite a variety of knowledge in the text, supplying the reader with cases regarding everything from the constitution to internet crimes. My one complaint is that the book could be a little bit more concise.

The console wars.
Which is better?
I myself am a proud owner of a 120GB slim PS3 I have never had any problems with it, I have owned it for around 5 months from the date of this post.
Why do I think it beats the XBOX?
XBOX's do are not ready to play out of the box unless you buy the most expensive versions, they do not come with wireless controllers or the ability to play/browse the market or what have you via wifi.
